Abode is an independent, privacy-first creative-software suite — an alternative to the subscription giant, modeled as a house where each pro app is a “room.” We built its launch site: a WebGL “gallery” hero, GSAP kinetic headlines, a custom cursor, and a room-by-room tour that sells both the craft and the “your work is never held hostage” ethos.

The problem
Positioned against a giant incumbent, the site had to earn trust and signal quality instantly — conveying a full desktop suite’s depth, its ownership-first promise, and a five-rooms-under-one-roof structure, all without reading like a spec sheet.
Our approach
We built a Next.js 16 marketing site as its own showcase piece: an ambient Three.js gallery light, GSAP scroll and kinetic type, magnetic buttons, and an on-page interactive editor mock, all in a custom dark “Gallery” theme with a distinct accent hue per room. The information architecture mirrors the product — a walk through Atelier, Draft, Darkroom, Press, and Reel — led by pricing clarity and the brand’s manifesto voice.
